I HAVE A 224 NETWORK CPU WITH AN HMI AND 3 FREQUENCY INVERTERS. ONE OF THE INVERTER THE MICROMASTER 440 GIVEN A PROBLEM AND WAS EXCHANGED BY A G120. I NEED TO UPLOAD THE CLP PROGRAM. IS IT POSSIBLE TO UPLOAD AND MAKE THIS CHANGE? NOW I CANNOT USE IT AS NETWORK FUNCTIONS AND I WOULD LIKE TO CONVERTER THE NETWORK SPEED REFERENCE FOR ANALOGUE. ACCORDING TO THE IMAGES ATTACHED. IS THAT POSSIBLE? AttachmentFUTURE TOPOLOGY.pdf (301 Downloads) |

Hello srfreitass; Which remote I/O modules would you like to connect to? And what fieldbus were you planning to use for this connection? You are facing issues for the configuration of such a system. For example: S7-200 CPUs can connect to a master PLC over Profibus, but only as a slave, so they cannot read in data from a ET 200M Profibus-DP slave node. Also, S7-200 can be masters over a PPI network for master-to-master communications,, but I know of no remote I/O system that can operate over PPI. Some drive families can be controlled using the USS protocol (very close to Profibus-DP, exclusively for drives) also available to the S7-200 CPUs. And of course you know already that the S7-200 can be a master on a Modbus RTU network. I suggest you look at the S7-200 System manual, especially at chapters Communications over a network and Using the USS protocol to control a MicroMaster drive , for an excellent introduction on the subject: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/1109582 Hope this helps, |
