Whenever new post will be clicked, blank page should not open. Page should have pre-filled entries as mentioned. Apart from above list, it should also ask for program backup, images etc. My another suggestion is to assign specific water mark for post.

I think it should be mandatory to describe what you have done to solve your problem. When problem arises first thing you should not do is create a new topic. I have some problem almost every day, and one sentence in google usually does the trick. 

I cannot take anymore topics of absolute addressing without womiting blood. If the problem solved in old topic is not exactly the same as yours, do some research and adapt solution to yours. 

This policy is pretty standard on every coding site. No one else should not do your job, but if you have done everything you can, i think many are willing to help.

It is very nice discussion for making the queries more meaningful. But nobody is following this. 

I think, Senior members should recall everybody whenever it is not followed.
