Hello. We have check the cable between motor and drive. The problem was from connector side on the motor side as you told me.Thank you!!. Now about the problem that we have years no with the spindle still exist. When it is spinning at over 1200 rpm and we wanted to stop it from spinning it was falling and I had to turn it off from the main supply and turn it on again. Οtherwise I had to reduce the speed on MDI gradually by 200 rpm until it reached below 1200 rpm to press the stop.There is no drive error. Hello, Thanks for the update !!! Looking attached picture on the IR module 16/21 KW there red color LED at bottom most is glowing this indicated DC link over voltage that is more the > 680 V. may be when you're running with lesser RPM it may work but when run with higher RPM module is not able may be due motor deceleration also please check the mechanical of spindles... kindly check this attachment regarding the IR module fault observed may be you can resolve it. Hello, thanks for the update !!! final the problem is resolved.... just want to recheck switch no 3, whether this was ON from beginning? |
