H Sync Submodule Error

You have Event ID 16# 6547 that means Parameter assignment error or 6961 Parameter assignment error. The ID 6547 could mean, that there is a defect at IF2 - better so a Service Request at Technical Support for Simatic. Regards, Towome

And what we can do to resolve the problem? Thanks in advance. Hello andy These fault only appear for the following reasons: 1. Power off the module 2. Module has been removed physically. 3. The module is completely destroyed 4. the technical specifications of the installed module are inconsistent with the module assigned in the software. * * * Important Note: When one of the Sync modules is defective, its fault may be displayed on the corresponding module in the other rack. This means that you should check both Sync module in both racks (Rach 1 and 0). Best regards
