Is there a way t o navigate to a particular working layer using a script

For eg we can navigate to a object in the structure tree using

Project.Workset.Globals.Navigator.PLTObject = obj

Is there a similar way to navigate to a particular working layer?

you want to navigate to a specific working layer and then the object?

See my comments in this thread. The difference to the PLT navigate command is that it will not close the current session and open the chosen working overlay. However it does log into the working layer and you can access objects by the LoadObjectByType command for example or you can change values of attribute. That does work, but it's all through scripting. That makes it a bit confusing.

It would be helpful to know what exactly your use case is.
