Hello All I have a "unique" problem where I set markers via a button on the HMI. This has been the norm for me for over 12 years. I have not have had a issue until recenetly. I am currently using TIA V15.1. 1. The Object I am Using is a Button 2. On the Event Tab ->Press, I have a set Bit function for a marker in the PLC. 3. On the Event Tab->Release, I have a reset Bit function for the marker in (2) . What I have found is, that sometimes the "reset" function for the bit does not happen. Thus the bit stay set until I press the button again. The tag is linked to a FB, that is used to control a motor. I have tried the following: 1. I have tried to isolate when this problem occurs, but I failed to do so, what I have tried to get the problem to occur: A: Let a alarm event occur while the button is being pressed B: While the button is being pressed, press with another finger on the screen C: Press the button multiple times in quick succession. What I have tried in terms of programming: 1. Linking the Marker being set and reset to a DB, instead of PLC Markers. 2. Changing the Acquisition Mode of the tag. 3. Changing the Input on the FB to a Input/Output. Please use the URL to download my project file: [snip] The tag is used in OB1 NW30 And on the HMI 1.9 Rinser Jacking Screen Regards AttachmentProject.zip (127 Downloads) |
