From where I can Download EDS file for 3RW5 ethenet/IP. My soft starter module is 3RW55, so it requires a 3RW5 ethenet/ip module to communicate withy PLC right?

Yes, to use your 3WR5 soft starter with Ethernet/IP communications you would need an Ethernet/IP comm module, 3RW5980-0CE00 (see the screenshot below).
