Hello dear experts. I have a similar problem too. I'm using V90 with s7-1214c, so I can't confiure torque parameters via TO. I'm using 750 telegramm for torque control. I've added the suplementary telegramm in TIA Portal and V-Assistant. From TIA Portal side I can see actual torque via IW68, to set torque via QW68, set upper and lower limits via QW70 and QW72. For example I set actual torque = 25, upper torque lim = 50 and lower torque lim = 0 but when I try to start I can see position counting but axis standstill and finaly I get the error: 16#800F: 16#0045 "Target range not reached". STW1.14 in V-Assistant is marked as reserved =0 and I don't know how I can change it to 1. Please help me with start the drive. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, S7-1200 doesn't support MC_torquelimiting like S7-1500. You have to do it applicative: General description of the functionality (e.g Simotion) 3.15 Torque limiting via torque reduction https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109767619 If torque limiting is active, the following error monitoring and positioning monitoring functionsare deactivated and in drive P1545 is active to prevent drive faults. P1545 is connected to STW2 Bit8, when telegram is 10X. |

Thanks for your responce. Your link is very helpfull. So, if I change s7-1200 to s7-1500 (which supports torque limitation functions in TO) and add external breacking resistor to V90 for regenerated energy consumtion I can use built-in torque limitation functions and realize: "...turning motor shaft manualy and motor generates resistance torque that I set via torque limitation parameters..."? Right? My task to make configured torque ressistance for other motor that connected by own shaft with 1fl6 motor shaft.

Have you managed to do this ? If i understand, you wanted to brake another motor with V90 servo and 1FL6 motor. Thanks |
