Dear Sirs, Like many others before me, I am having the "in process" problem with the download manager (screen shot in the attachment). Is there any way to cancel/delete the request? As long as the "in process" status is active, there is no way to select the request and delete or edit it. I would suggest Siemens Support to include this feature in future updates. Also, why does the page refresh timer restart every time a different download spec is selected? It's a little confusing to me, I do not know if there is a problem with the order, the website, my browser, etc. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
