Another option to my aplication is create only a internal datalog, without SD card. Accessing data only using the webserver.

It´s possible?

..well if I was in your position..

* record the data on the MCC card
* secure the PLC in a mechanical way to make it difficult to remove the MMC card.
(locking the cabinet is possible but not suggested, I'm thinking of a special bracket )
* hook up the PLC to a Wi-Fi router
* access the web server of the PLC via the Wi-Fi link
* downloading the CSV file through the Wi-Fi
