02 Redundancy Modules in Parallel

Hello,

I need to use 02 sitop (220VAC to 24VDC) Power supplies in redundant configuration. The load is critical and therefore I am thinking of using a redundancy module to avoid power shutdown.

I want to ask if 01 redundancy module can be a single point vulnerability point?

In case of its failure or any event (e.g. fire), we will have a total loss of power supply. is it possible to use 02 redundancy modules in parallel to avoid such issue?

Any suggestions please...

 Hello,

Although happening of this case is reer. I mean here deffective redundnacy module, but there is a solution to use two redundnacy module instead of one. Simply:

1. You will brdge two inputs of redundnacy module 1 together which are comming from PS1
2. You will brdge two inputs of redundnacy module 2 together which are comming from PS2
3. Bridge Outputs of two Red. Modules.
