12 / 24rc Logo - Can connect a digital temperature sensor ds18b20 to the digital input?

figaro2018 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a 12 / 24rc logo and I would like to know if I can connect a digital temperature sensor ds18b20 to the digital input .. or if i can connect a PT100 to the analog in ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Connect pt100 to onboard analog inputs on 0BA8 ?.

This is suitable for example Arduino, MegaAt or others, not for LOGO! inputs. A PT100 / 1000 would I not directly (via a voltage divider) to a 0-10V analog input of the LOGO! connect. I would always take a PT100 / 1000 converter.

If you want to evaluate a 4-20mA signal on I7 or I8, you either have to: - use an external transmitter, which generates a voltage signal 0-10V from the 4-20mA signal. - or use a 500 ohm precision resistor (1% tolerance, at least 0.5 watts) as a converter. The resistor is connected as a load to the output of the sensor or transmitter. Through the resistor then flow the 4-20mA. This creates a voltage drop of 2-10V across the resistor. This voltage can be the analog input of the LOGO! to process.
