how we can read accesible node over DP port when profibus is of 12 MBPS??

You can use PG or PC with CP5621/CP5611. PC adapter with part number6ES7 972-0CB20-0XA0 supports profibus network up to 1.5Mbps. We can use the new PC adapter "6GK1 571-0BA00-0AA0" It supports profibus network up to 12Mbps. Hope this helps.
