1200 web server log in gets stuck

I'm using a 1214C DC/DC/DC 6ES7-214-1AG40-0XB0 V4.2 plc with webserver. I have tested the webserver application within the internal network that plc is connected, and it is working very well.

Now my customer wants to also see the webserver application outside the internal network. We have some kind of router that I don't know much because it is managed by different company. But anyhow I have configured the address of the router in the plc. We also have made port forwarding to webserver address HTTP port 80.

When I navigate to that address from outside the router, I can see the entry page of the webserver. After I try to log in to the webserver, the browser displays a message (translated from finnish):

Secure connection establishment failed.

The page to be opened could not be shown because the origins of the data could not be verified.

I tried to manually re-download the certificate from the entry page of the webserver. Also we tried with HTTPS port 443. Both of these attempts failed.

Test were carried out using Mozilla Firefox 63.0.3, Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0 and Mozilla Firefox for Android 63.0.2.

Could anybody assist me with this?

    In the entry page  have na option to download and install a certificate in your web browser.

    Import Certificate - S7 1200 , S7 300/400

As I tried to explain, I have manually downloaded the certificate from the entry page. And the problem still persists.

I think it has something to do with the ports, but can someone confirm that 80 and 443 are the correct ones?
