one cycle and two cycle trace , the same point has 0.5 unit add ?

but i desig CAM not has 0.5 unit add ,what is wrong ?

IMHO your evaluation of the situation is wrong. If you were looking at the setpoint of the position, you would be right. But you are looking at the actual position. And this difference is caused probably by positioning error which makes slave to go behind the axis modulo (it makes this sudden "jump" of the reading, however there's no jump of the real axis). And error is like errors are - erratic.

setup trace the same time ,positon is the same ,not different ...

i test in demo PLCSIM . 

in test , CAM must first /last potion 0/360,and not ,the curve has error .

eg...trace curve , the same time ,axis postion is different ....yesterday ,i test discover the problem ...
