17 analog inputs,2 analog outputs, 2 digital outputs

Hello, 

I'm new to LOGO, so please bear with me.

For a project, ideally, I would like to monitor 17 analog inputs and control 2 analog and 2 digital outputs. From what I can find, however:

up to 24 digital inputs, 20 digital outputs, 8 analog inputs and 8 analog outputs can be addressed

Is this set in stone? Is there no way at all to address more than 8 analog inputs?

I could replace 6 analog sensors for digital ones. The signal would then be a square pulse with a frequency range of approximately 0-400 Hz. Is this possible to process with a LOGO?

The values you have quoted is set in stone.

The cycle of the LOGO! will affect the way the program is able to register the pulsing signals. I would not recommend processing the 6 pulsing signals at 400Hz. The size of the program will influence how pulsing signals (and how many) can be processed.

You could have more than one LOGO! connected into a network. That would also give the opportunity to have a LOGO! closer to the field position, if you would want to.

Another idea is to use remote Modbus TCP stations. Nothing I can personally guarantee, but it may be worth investigating.
