1FK703 SERVO MOTOR BURNT DUE TO SINGLE PHASING

vinitmathuria Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Hi, Today one of our servo motor (1FK7032-2AK71-1CA0-ZX01) got burnt.We opened and found it was due to single phasing.One of the phase winding was completely burnt other two winding are ok. The motor was connected to a S120 drive with CU (6SL3040-1MA01-0AXX) and double motor module 6SL3120-2TE15-0AXX Now our doubt is why this motor was burnt due to single phasing even it is connected to Drive. Is there any fault in double motor module and how we can check without connecting motor.The other motor which is connected to same double motor module is working ok. See also in the Function manual for S120 drive functions chapter 9.5 which gives many detail information: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109740020
