Hi! I am using 1SI 3964 (R) (8 BYTE) part no.6ES7 138-4DF01-0AB0. Version is V1.3.0.I am trying to update the module by 1384DF01_V140.EXE ( 96 KB ) file.But during update message "The firmware file was not accepted by the module" coming. Parameter setting of the module is attached herewith. Please suggest how to do this updatetion. |

That update is not valid for your module. It is for ASCII and Modbus only... Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

Thanks for your feedback.I Have one more query,The module which I am using is of 1SI 3964/ASCII type,does the update also not support this module? |
