i have a problem for communicating 3 PLC's S7-300 for data exchange via ethernet, may it's possible ? if it's possible how to configured it and access the data (read and write data beetwen 3 PLC) in Step7, could it be easy as accessing the Pheripheral IO (PEW and PAW) or not ? please help, cause i'm so confuse

I have tried to create connection beetwen 3 PLC S7-400 2PN/DP via ethernet, and i used SFB12 & SFB 13 ( BSEND & BRCV ) as function for communicating, but only the master and slave 1 communicating, master with slave 2 not communicating, the BSEND & BRCV returns ERROR = 1 & STATUS = 1,in that's HW Config i configured one PLC to have 2 active S7 communication ( first with slave 1 PLC & second with PLC 2 ), is it possible ?if not, what alternatives can i used to configured that system ? if you have any documents or video about this configuration may you please let me know ?
