2 S7_200 CPU and one modbus comm

Data from both of them should be available for communication with a BMs system supporting Modbus protocol. can nayone advise how this can be done? I have come across PPI comm between the 2 s7 200 using profibus cable. How can this be done? and how do i configure another port for communication via Modbus.. thank you for ur help.

I want a simple PPI comm between the 2 s7 200 and an additional comm from the master module in MODBUS to be linked to an existing system. How can this be done if i have 2 CPU226. Thank you for your help.
