2 troubles that I can't solve it

-Let me start by saying that the rosolution of my monitor is correct and also that i've try to change the resolution but the result not changed. the application have a wrong resolution. The text is very small and becomes difficult to read. I attach the screenshot to show you.

-the second problem concern the link of software to PLC Logo series. I try to connect the PLC with the correct IP (through ethernet) but not work. Any suggestion?

Which operating system do you have?
Which Logo! Soft version you have?
Which Logo do you have (0BA7 or 0BA8)?
Which IP address has the PC / laptop?
Which subnet mask has the PC / laptop?
Which IP address has the logo?
Which subnet mask has the logo?

Can you try something simple like

PC IP- 192.168.0.1

Subnet- 255.255.255.0

Logo IP- 192.168.0.2

Subnet- 255.255.255.0

The reason, I am suggesting this because, I read somewhere that both PC and PLC have to be in the same subnet in order to communicate with each other.

Also remeber to choose the right LAN drive, while downloading.

My PC resolution is 1080*1920, it seems ok in this resolution.

I've tried to do what you said but isn't still working. Even I set the correct ip address on PLC settings, my pc see another ip address. I also tried to link through a router but not working, i've try with 2 routers and none of 2 see the PLC, in my router i didn't see the ip address of PLC like if it was turned off!.

In addition the soft comfort v8 see automatically the plc if it detect in the net, it is correct?, i've try to go in setting and insert the ip address manually and then i click "ok" but it seems to me that the "soft comfort v8" does nothing and the research of PLC not start

 Check out your antivirus program in the PC. Sometimes it does not let the external party to communicate with PC.
If you disable it and give it a try, that may help.

Again, check out the LAN drive you are using and provide us the screen shots of the ip setting from both side, that helps a lot to understand the problem more precisely.
