ŠΜS Silver Member Joined: 6/7/2010 Last visit: 7/9/2024 Posts: 571 Rating: (37)	Hi, In one of the New Commissioning machine with 802D SL, In W & Z axis we are Getting an alarm 207841 ( Drive infeed Operation Withdrawn ). This alarm appears once in 5 days ( Approximately) and it will be for an Day. Even we Switch OFF and On the machine , alarm Comes again. We have checked by changing the ALM,Axis Module, Drive Click Cable,PP module, Drive Click cable from Drive to OP.Still the Problem Continuous . Can any one Suggest what maybe the problem.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello, Looks like problem with incoming power...Have you checked the V380x0002.1 enable ??? Looks like you need to keep the DG settings here.... SLM/ALM from 16kw onwards do the following settings P281 Line supply overvoltage, warning threshold 120 % P282 Line supply undervoltage, alarm threshold 70 % P283 Line supply undervoltage, shutdown (trip) threshold 75 % P284 Line supply frequency exceeded, alarm threshold 120.0 % P285 Line supply frequency fallen below, alarm threshold 75.0 % Key Parameters P3463 Infeed, line angle change, phase failure detection 60.0 ° P3458 Infeed PLL smoothing time 10.0 ms Check it out and revert back Regards, Prakash

Till evening the alarm Did not Clear, after changing the PP module, the alarmDis appeared. So we thought that the PP module is Faultand connected the Old PP module, But in that also machine working without alarm. Pulse Enable is Missing

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello, Why the Pulse Enable is missing ??? due the alarm / any interlock ?? - check the interconnection of the binector input for the "infeed operation" signal (p0864). - check the enable signals of the infeed and if required, enable. - remove and acknowledge an infeed fault. Note: If this drive is intended to back up the DC link regeneratively, then the fault response must be parameterized for NONE, OFF1 or OFF3. so that the drive can continue to operate even after the infeed fails Regards, Prakash
