2100 nck battery alarm

jaaz Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	thanku for reply, actuallyi came across aproblem witha welding mc with 2 stations having 840d system each at st.2 alarm no. 2100 nck batterywarning threshold reached this alarmcoming again after reset, if it came in autocycle running station-2 weld head stops there. i tried withchanging thestation-1 840ds battery unit but same alarm at st.2. but no alarm at st.-1with same battery unit.any help.. thanks..

This alarm tell you that battery is getting weak....you need replace it....TAKE CURRENT MACHINE ARCHIVE BACKUPS BEFORE REPLACING IT... if you press alarm cancel this alarm goes....if it is standing permanentaly you need to replace....with 15 minutes if you replace no need to load the backup...if it exceeds more than 15 minutes then you need to load the backup..... udaychar Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello jaaz, you have to replace the battery. but you told that you have replaced the battery from another head. So check any contact problem with battery holder and connector.
