Hello Kar89, according the information we got there wasn't any request for enabling your account for export restricted software. So your account isn't enabled up to now. Please follow the steps as described here: and try to register a second time for this download. If you would inform us within this thread that the new request is done, we will get in contact with the responsible person to doublecheck the new status. Best regards |

Hi BrandonPalacios, please tell us more about your process. When did you register and did you get an error message or an E-mail? Please note that the duration of the check varies depending on the number of requests for export approval. The check takes 2-3 working days as long as all relevant data has been filled in correctly.
