we are having a problem with our redundancy system; is an 416-5H system, Master CPU gone to RUN mode and standby CPU went to stop mode. we tried to stop the whole system and restart everything again, and even reset the memory, but still same problem Both CPU Put in Run mode master CPU gone Run mode but Standby after few minutes Run enabled again goes to stop mode For This Problem I have tried This , 1. I reseted memory through hardware as well as through software. 2. Download individually Hardware to both time in both CPUs. 3. Both CPU Put in Run mode master CPU gone Run mode but Standby after few minutes Run enabled again goes to stop mode 3. start through warm, again but still same issue 1.CPU Firmware vesrion is V6.0.9 Boot loader version is V6.0.9 Is this may be a problem? 2.I have seen on line the program of both CPU stanby By CPU all the program saved EPROM Main CPU All the program saved RAM 3.During erase the program on line on stand by CPU IT showing below message Name offline online status Firware version V6.0 v6.0.9 ok station name SIMATIC H STATION(1) SIMATIC H STATION(1) OK Module Nmee CPU 416-5 H PN/DP CPU 416-5 H PN/DP(1) YeLLOW COLOUR !
