Every time Windows is started, the "Communication settings" window appears

I have tried everything with no succed. Any idea? Thank you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Communications Settings

It is the section in which the communication network card, 'Remote Communication', network jumps if any, encrypted communication, etc. are configured. This system behavior is normal when you install WinCC Professional (SCADA in TIA Portal).
