2D-Line with PTO?

I think about to calculate the way, both axis have make, is no problem. Then the speed they have to make. But my opinion the time for acceleration and deceleration is the problem. Can i control the PTO parameters like acceleration from the program? Or are there other problems? Best regards Michael
