Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (265)	I dont understand - you have H-system and ET200M. Is it redundant? Also - to get data from SM installed in ET you shouldn't use any communications - you read inputs just as were in main rack. Please specify your request.

How do you program communication blocks FB14 "GET" and FB15 "PUT" for data exchange in the S7 program of an S7-300 CPU? How do you program communication blocks FB12 "BSEND" and FB13 "BRCV" for data exchange in the S7 program of an S7-300 CPU? How do you program communication blocks FB8 "USEND" and FB9 "URCV" for data exchange on the S7-300? What are the options for exchanging data between CPUs via MPI/PROFIBUS DP?

I'd excuse me. i have 2 H-System redundant and et200m 2 414-4H + 2 414-4H + ET200m I use ethernet connection. I'd send/receive DB to each system in both side. PLC1-2 (redundant system A) to ET200M ( did I send at each CPU ? ) PLC1-2 (redundant system A) from ET200M PLC3-4 (redundant system B) to ET200M PLC3-4 (redundant system B) from ET200M PLC1-2 (redundant system A) to PLC3-4 (redundant system B) PLC1-2 (redundant system A) from PLC3-4 (redundant system B) Now, i send DB from ET200M to PLC1-2 (ID_R = 4) but if i use logic for other i cant. Example: If i try to send reverse, i receive error. Thx, i hope will be better my description. anyway, a can increase :) thanks very much.

If you have redundant ET200M, then you connect 2 interfaces of ET200M to H-system 1 via profibus. Till now it's clear. Next - you want to add another system on same pair of lines and get data from ET200M and H-system 1 in it? Maybe you can upload your HW Konfig?

Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (265)	Well, IM151-8 is ET200S. Ok, then you will need Y-link, as ET200S has only 1 profibus interface, while your H-system has 2. Guess scheme would be like 1st line: System1CPU1, System2CPU1, Y-link1 2nd line: System1CPU2, System2CPU2, Y-link2 3rd line: Y-link3, ET200S. In HW Konfig you configure ET200S as DP slave of H-System2. Get data into that system. After you send this data H-system1. Problem is - when H-system2 turns off H-system1 will lose data from ET200S also. Is that applicable in your case?
