O address changing

Is it possible to change I/O address of all the I/O cards that added in main rack (s7 300, simatic manager v5.5 sp2)?? why because, when I added i/o cards with CPU having DP port, Am able to change the address of I/O cards. When i configured same I/O cards with CPU 314/315/316 etc, system default address is coming as 0. Am not able to change the address, its disabled. please clarify Rgards

Hello,

Variable addressing of modules is possible in all DP and PN CPUs and also in most of the new CPUs (end of 2006).
In the older and some CPUs (see list) addressing depends on the module's slot.

CPU 312 IFM 6ES7312-5CA0x-0AB0 all up to and including V 1.2

CPU 312 IFM ext. temperature range 6ES7312-5CA8x-0AB0 all up to and including V 1.2

CPU 313 6ES7313-1AD0x-0AB0 all up to and including V 1.2

CPU 314 6ES7314-1AE0x-0AB0 all up to and including V 1.2

CPU 314 ext. temperature range 6ES7314-1AE8x-0AB0 all up to and including V 1.2

CPU 314 IFM 6ES7314-5AE0x-0AB0 all up to and including V 1.2

CPU 314 IFM ext. temperature range 6ES7314-5AE8x-0AB0 all up to and including V 1.2

CPU 314 IFM 6ES7314-5AE10-0AB0 all up to and including V 1.2

CPU 315 6ES7315-1AF0x-0AB0 all up to and including V 1.2

CPU 316 6ES7316-1AG00-0AB0 all

CPU 614 6ES7614-1AH0x-0AB3 all up to and including V 1.2
