315-2 DP Problem With ET200L Adding Analogue Input/Output SC Cards

Pob Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a system which is running ok andI wish to add 2X AI and 1X AO at a distributed module withthree spare slots. Configuration is: 315-2 DPCPU (6ES7 315-2AG10-0AB0) connected with profibus to ET200L-SC 32DI(6ES7 131-1BL11-0XB0) TB 16SC(6ES7 120-0BH01-0AA0) expansion fitted with: 4 X 2DO(6ES7 122-1BB000AA0) 1 x 2DI(6ES7 121-1BB00-0AA0) The problemI am having is when I fit : 1 X 2AI(6ES7 123-1GB10-0AB0) 1 x 1AO(6ES7 124-1GA00-0AB0) WhenI load the HW, both BF and SF leds are on, if i remove the Analog cards from the HW and reload all is ok. I was wondering if the cpu firmware maybe the issue V 2.0.8 I have attached the hardware in an empty project, the module i wish to modify is profibus address 7 Attachment Problem_.zip (182 Downloads)

Also check the HW address, I guess there is some difference in actual address and address entered in Hw config. due to this, it will show the BF. Reg, Ashish

Pob Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	The original order of modules on the TB16SC was: DO 2x DC24V 0.5A 6ES7 122-1BB00-0AA0 DO 2x DC24V 0.5A 6ES7 122-1BB00-0AA0 DO 2x DC24V 0.5A 6ES7 122-1BB00-0AA0 With slots D to H unused.I am trying to setup in this order: DO 2x DC24V 0.5A 6ES7 122-1BB00-0AA0 DO 2x DC24V 0.5A 6ES7 122-1BB00-0AA0 DO 2x DC24V 0.5A 6ES7 122-1BB00-0AA0 DI 2x DC24V 6ES7 121-1BB00-0AA0 DO 2x DC24V 0.5A 6ES7 122-1BB00-0AA0 AO 1 x I 6ES7 124-1GA00-0AB0 address 353 reserved length 2 AI 2 x I 6ES7 123-1GB10-0AB0address 424 reserved length 4 the extra DI and DO modules work ok, problem only when either or both AI and AO modules are fitted, also tried swapping slots. You mention `actual address and address entered in HW config` as I have only tried uploading the HW config, how can i check the actual address?
