TIA admin is not working

Create a Support Request or speak to your local representative if you wish to get the message through to Siemens. Or make an entry on the German language users' forum. On this English users' forum there is no volunteer to answer your request.

It was able to connect to Siemens' servers even though they are doing some maintenance work. The search of the installed software was faster than I have seen of it before. The update of software were facilitated: TIA Administrator V3.0.2.0, TIA Portal V19.0.0.2 and WinCC Unified V19.0.0.2. I paused the update of WinCC halfway through the download. I shutdown the PC completely. Later I was able to resume the download.
