Hello, I am having a similar issue.  I have created a new PLC Project in TIA Portal 14.  This PLC is to communicate with other PLCs to gather and send data.  PUT / GET seemed the easiest.  The "Master" is a 1516 3PNDP.  I have created the networks for communication to another 1516 which also uses TIA14, and to a 315F-2PNDP which is also in TIA14.  The communication works properly here.  The problem now is that I am trying to communicate to a 317F-2 DP which is programmed in Step 7 V5.5.  It is using a CP 343-1 Lean card to communicate.  I can use the existing ethernet lines and go online with the 317 PLC without issues, but the 1516 cannot communicate with it.
