331-1KF02-0AB0 AI Card Issue (Resistance)

jtemesy Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello, We are using a 331-1KF02 analog card to measure 2 wire resistance. Periodically the card will stop reading (And show the Overflow Value), We then have to cycle power to the card and it will again start to function properly. We have checked the wiring to the card and all seems to be fine, we have also changed the Card out for a new one and still the issue persits. Does anyone have any thoughts on this ? If you need further info let me know. Thanks

If so, have a look at item 8 of the link below and see if you can get hold of an E02 relase or try a different "first" channel connection for your resistor: What measures do you need to take for error-free operation of the 6ES7 331-1KF0.-0AB0? If the above is not the case, have a look at the other suggested measures (unused channels, common mode voltage etc.) in the above link and see also the additional link below: With the correct wiring, how can you avoid exceeding the common-mode voltage (Ucm) and subsequent measured value overflow or underflow in the analog input module 6ES7 331-1KF0.-0AB0? I hope this helps and please let us know what you find.
