336-4GE00-0AB0 SF Error

I have some issue with a 336-4GE00-0AB0 card.

As of now, I can’t get any module info in the HW.
When I put power on the card, it starts flashing SF led instantly. (fast flash, 2-3 flash a second)

When I read the manual part 9.3.13 there is some info about the SF flashing, as I understand this, the SAFE led must be on as well?

Any ideas on how to Reintegrate/Reset the card?

this is a F-AI-Card. Have you installed the S7-Distributed Safety and F configuration tool V5.5 + SP4 or higher?

For  further Sofware requirements see Delivery Release

Are the DIL-Switches set right, like configured in HW-Config?

Yes, forgot to mention this. I have all required software, and the DIP-Switches is set correctly.
We have some indentical cards that work in the same slot, with all inputs working.

On the cards that dont work, i get the SF led flashing instantly when power up. 
And not able to find the card in HW.

 hmmm...

when identical cards on the same slot working, it means for me that the card is defect. 

If you can´t see it in HW-Config there is no chance for further diagnostic.
