342-5 one-way GET communication

TheMisfit Posts: 55 Rating: (1)	I have a CPU315 2DP with CP 342-5 (programmed by a third party) I have a second CPU315-2DP with CP 342-5 (programmed by me). and want to get (FB14) some data from the first CPU without having to modify the original project (which is not available). Can't seem to get it working. any ideas??

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (411)	Hello, well this is an easy one. If you have a single sided configured Connection the remote TSAP 03.04 would point to the CP, if this CP is in Slot 4. The CPU, I guess you want to talk to the CPU, would be addressed in the S7-300 in Slot 2, always. So you have to use 03.02 as remote TSAP for single sided configured Connections. Best regards J_Bell
