3RW4047-1TB04 Ground Fault

Good day every one

i have to use both of soft starter model 3RW4047-1TB04 to operate 2 pumps with 45 KW each

the problem happen as an ground fault when just power on the system (not even start pumps), the ground limit is 3.5 Mohm and I know it is may be accepted but i need to know why this happen?

the ground fault disappear and problem solved when i take out lead A1 and A2 while the 3 phase power is applied on soft starter.

so, what is the relation between A1 and A2 and ground, knowing the this ground fault appear in 2 system with total 4 soft starters and 4 pumps..

please help!
