3RW4447-2BC34 - Missing Load Phase T1

Hello, 

Please tell us the rated power of the motor connected to your soft starter. 

 Dear Ayman,

I have the same problem in testing 3rw4447 softstarter using a small motor the motor is 0.37kw .

I tested the thyristors the are good and interchanged them and still the missing load phase T1 is the same does it have something to do with the fact that the motor I am using is too small?

Hello,

You have to use bigger motor. At least motor with 8% of rated load.

Please go to technical specification of your softstater and you will found that the minimum load can be connected to the softstarter should not be less than 8%.
