yes, I found it finally, its under the dontrol buttons. It is: 6ED1-052-1HB00-0BA8 -it is the base modul, and it has one external modul, a 4DI-4DO relay modul: 6ED1-055-1MB00-0BA1. 

There is something wrong. The digital extension module 6ED1-052-1MB00-0BA1 is not for the LOGO! 0BA8. By digital extension modul for the 0BA8 is the last nummer a 2.

Is the order number for the base modul 6ED1-052-1HB00-0BA8 correct?

Or ist the 8 in real a 6?

First of all, we should clarify what you really for a LOGO! have.

You can only use the new functions with the corresponding LOGO! .

LOGO! Soft Comfort is backwards compatible. With the current version V8.2 you can create and / or edit programs for all LOGO! types, also for the 0BA6.
But...
There are different 0BA6 variants, depending on the product version. You can check the product version at the LOGO!.
Accordingly, you have to select the right LOGO! in the hardware selection.

As a matter of fact that it is not 0BA8 (as you wrote first), the order number for analog output module changes.
LOGO! AM 2 AQ (0 ... 10 V) = 6ED1055-1MM00-0BA0
LOGO! AM 2 AQ (0 ... 10 V, 0/4 ... 20 mA) = 6ED1055-1MM00-0BA1
