4 cpu s414 on S120, cannot connect on the driver by s7 online by ethernet cable

Dear Tech.

I have a ethernet network connected on 4 cpu s414, and then are connected on drivers (S120) by the profibus network, and my doubt is that I cannot connect on the driver by s7 online by ethernet cable.

I have here on site cu 6sl3040-0la00-oaao (310-DP), I am configuring the driver by profibus connecting directly on the drive, I saw the manual to go online I made a lot of tests to try connection but nothing.

I have some doubts about the version of the software in CU, if some version I cannot comunicate by S7 online, here on site is the version  2.5.x . I am using to connect

Follow some attached pictures how is configured my system to you understand better what is happen.

1 - About S7 online on Net Pro. - I asked to software guy here on site about it, and he aswear me that in another sites he didin't use this options and was working, so please can you send me more details about this configuration on Net Pro?.

2 - About try to connect online access - When I try show me the screen "Properties  - Drives (Online)", and the tab modules the address to connect. (you can see the addres in the attached pictures).

Hi,

In your HW config the CU FW version looks 2.3 and in Scout it's FW 2.5. This can be the problem. Why they are showing different versions if it's a integrated project? Are you sure that installed drives have the FW version 2.5 inside? You can check it looking inside the CF card or trying to connect with accessible nodes via Profibus.

Thanks for you answer, I changed together the software guy the sinamics GSD in the hardware configuration, was CU 320 DP, and on site I have CU 310 DP, but even that, it doesn't work, I have the same error, see attached pictures.

I am connecting in the drive by the Pc Adapter cable directly on the profibus connector on the drive and the version of it is 2.5.x, only by ethernet (s7 online) I cannot connect.

Answer in bolded text.

1- why use 176.16.1.180 and then ping the 176.16.11.180 ? -Sorry my fault, I fix it and it isn't connecting. (same error).

2 - Why you use Rack 3 ? - Please confirm that I am using Rack 0 Slot 3, (see attached pictures).

3 - Don't use the object adress as Communication address ! - I fix it and it isn't connecting (same error) (Thanks for tip).

See attached pictures that CPU is on the slot 3, please can you check in the attached pictures if the PG/PC config is ok?. I made the hardware modification but I cannot make download to CPU  now because I have some mechanical guys working and I cannot stop the PLC.

I started  the accessible nodes and just show me the CPU's online and the IP's (see attached picture), It doesn't show me some "+" simbol on the Cpu's IP's.

How you can see in the attached picture I am connecting in the PLC by the CP card.
