4 cpu s414 on S120, cannot connect on the driver by s7 online by ethernet cable

Dear Dakine.

Yes I did . One error happened when I assign my ethernet with the industrial ethernet in the pg/pc in the NetPro, see attached picture, I just put Ok and after I selected the S7 online on the left bottom position of the pg/pc properties.

I opened again the NetPro and S7 online is not selected , but before we send it to PLC I had selected it, do you know how is the procedure to activate it? Before download, after download?
