Hello everyone; There are 4 servo S210 and there is a D425-2 DP/PN CPU on my system. Also there is an external encoder. The problem is ''after system is started, it stops randomly, sometimes at the first application (layer) sometimes on the middle layer or at the last layer and the system gave 40005 and 20005 error with others. Hello, when drive/encoder or communication is not ready, or there are communication failures, TO axis is not enabled or loose enabled status. There is a application for start up. SIMOTION Startup Checkhttps://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/48947625 During operation reason could be: Drive does Safety functions, like STO. There are communication failuers. Please check quality of profinet cables - Wiring - What Hubs do you use(IRT) - EMV-problems? |
