Dear All, I did my hardware configuration and network configuartion in step 7. But in profinet topology, the connection between the plc and et200m is not defined after that manually i did that connection also... now my quesstion is it works pefectly or not ? why it shows diff from config network window and profinet io topology window ? Hello, NetPro shows the station with his modules and interfaces and the available subnet. Italso shows, to which subnet the station is connected. The PN topology shows the interconnection of the ports in detail. This is important for ring redundancy or diagnostic (line break etc.). So: The network view shows all the logical subnets of the project. Thetopology view shows all Ethernet components of the project. These include passive components such as switches, media converters and cables. |
