Hi, No problem. Have a look at this link about diagnosing Profibus networks: https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/19855/ By the way my favorite method is the visual inspection. Most of the cases the issue caused by a broken plug, loose wire, injured cable ... and POWER SUPPLY... This can be found by a good pair of eyes!

Hello Thanks microman Today we conducted testing of profibus communication by using profibus tester (Profi-TM Professional) during the testing it shows a good communication signal, i attached the recent diagnostic buffer i extracted in reference with the alarm happen recently. I suspected that it is lose its communication suddenly that is why there is an access error recorder and at the event 69 it stop already. I will check all the profibus connector and cables for visual problem and will update you again regarding the problem. Thanks AttachmentDiagnose1.rar (298 Downloads) |
