Hello Luis, the error ENETUNREACH generally indicates that the network is unreachable from your device. Given the context you've provided, here are some suggestions and questions: Check APN settings: The APN settings you provided seem to be specific to Vivo in Brazil. However, you should double-check these settings with Vivo's official documentation or by contacting Vivo's customer support. They might have different or additional configurations. Try different DNS servers: Sometimes the DNS servers might be the culprit. Try to change your DNS settings to Google's DNS servers like follows.
ICMP & TCP/UDP: Being able to ping google.com means that ICMP traffic is going through, but it doesn't necessarily mean that TCP/UDP traffic is passing. It might be worth checking if other types of traffic (like HTTP or HTTPS) can go through. Local Firewall and Network Configuration: Ensure that there's no firewall or network configuration on your local setup that's blocking outbound connections on specific ports. The error message indicates an issue with port 443, which is commonly used for HTTPS. Ensure port 443 is allowed for outgoing traffic. Network Diagnostics: Running some network diagnostic commands can provide further insights for us:
Let's try to find a solution with these approaches. Please provide us as much feedback as possible on the above points and most importantly the exact type of PCIe card you are using. BR |

Hi apastore, Regarding the APN, Vivo has only this one: zap.vivo.com.br. I tried other DNS servers as you suggested, but it didn't have any effect; the same error persists. I also attempted to use the HTTP request in Node-RED, and that resulted in an error as well. One thing to note is that if I use this SIM card in my cellphone and share its internet connection to my notebook, I can use MindConnect without any errors. I followed the diagnostic commands you recommended, along with some additional commands for further information. When using the 'nmcli' command, I noticed that the Vivo SIM card only displays 'inet6', whereas other carriers show both 'inet6' and 'inet4.' Could this have any influence on the error? The PCIe model is EC25-AU. I'm attaching all the executed commands and other images illustrating the problem.
