It would be interesting to know what lead up to the point where all channels started reporting 32767. Were any changes made to the configuration? any hardware changes, a lightening strike? I don't have the manuals for the 500 Thermocouple module. In the 505 Module, the value 32767 indicates a module failure. The troubleshouting section from the 505 T/C module suggests: Table 4-2 Causes and Corrective Action for Faulty Operation
