55 Hz limit for induction motor on S120 Combi

Hello.

I need a help. We use 828d CNC Unit with S120 Combi. As a spindle we have installed induction motor without encoder.

Works good, But when I try to set a high speed on this motor, more then 55 Hz used for this speed, motor accelerates only for this frequency 55 Hz, and try not do speed up. No alarm, Maximum speed setted as for 200Hz. But Speed stall on freq. 55 Hz. How to reach this problem&

 could you check on the drive side the following parameters:

p1082

p2000 (Reference speed)

If you give a high setpoint, you will see inside the drive the setpoint channel.

What is the r62 ?

So.

P1082 = 5000 rpm

P2000 = 1500 rpm

r62 on speed of motor 3000rpm = only 1650 rpm.

P2000 sets the speed for 100% speed reference.  So, in your case, 100% = 1500 RPM.  Change this parameter to whatever your top speed should be.
