6ES7 222-1BD30-0XB0: is it not possible to use a different digital output for directional control?

I do not see how you can drive 4 Steppers with this module bidirectionally because the software wants you to use a 2nd PTO for the direction. Is there another way to do this? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Simultaneous PTO usage.
