ABDChip Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I am getting to grips with TIA portal V12 so the answer to my question may be pretty basic. I have a S7-1200 and I have added a6ES7 223-1PH32-0XB0 di/do expansion module. The diagnostics LED on the SM flashes green saying that it is not configured (according to the manual) and the CPU is demanding maintenance. no matter what i try i cannot seem to get this module to configure. I have tried selecting it in the hardware catalog and drag and dropping it, I have tried auto detect I have tried comparing online / offline etc. Please can somone tell me what I am doing wrong as up to now it was all going so well !

peterplavec Posts: 28 Rating: (1)	Did you tried to download configuration to PLC? You can do it so: Click on PLC in tree view of TIA portal, right click > Download to CPU. After download is done, blinking LEDS should go solid green.
