6ES7 526-2BF00-0AB0 failing

Dears,

The cards 6ES7 526-2BF00-0AB0 are failing.

More than 6 cards changed.

The firmware was updated to 1.0.3.

After safety reset, the cards works for some period (1min to 3-4 hours), then show Safety-Related shutoff in the Channel diagnosis.

Any ideas?

Hello Youssef_DA,

I recommend to check the firmware of the S7-1500 CPU and update to V2.9 or V2.8.

Compile the project data complete with the both instructions:

• “Compile > Hardware (rebuild all)”
• “Compile > Software (rebuild all)”

And download the project data again.
