6ES7 531-7KF00-0AB0 cannot get the value within the range

Hi all ,

I cannot get the value within the range from this analog module always am getting 32767 actually when I measure in multimeter I could receive the current 4-20mA from the transmitter. also if I receive 0 mA then I could read 0 count. if I receive between 4-20 then it shows out of range 32767count. 

FYI :  I configured as 4-20 mA 4 wire current. find attachment of my configuration.

I am using the AI Card is 6ES7 531-7KF00-0AB0,V2.1

CPU is 6ES7 511-1AK02-0AB0,V2.5

TIA Portal V15 .

kindly help me someone to solve this.

I am facing a problem with S7 1500 Analog module (6ES7 531-7KF00-0AB0) that peripheral input gives 50% Value(13603 Counts) for 4mA and It gives 100% value(27648 counts which is over range)  for 8mA also find the table below for other ranges. these tests done by injecting mA and by isolated instruments.

 Find the attachment of the Analog module configuration. and wiring I followed the manual for 4 wire current transmitter.

Kindly advise me on this problem as soon as possible.

When you have your project open, right-click on the PLC and select download, then choose to download your hardware configuration.  It is probably still configured for voltage.  Just what it sounds like.

finally solved, thanks for your support. It become ok after download HW configuration,restart the PLC.
